Leaker testingcatalog reports Google is shutting down Jules, with its planned capabilities moving to Antigravity. Google says it will bring Jules learnings into Antigravity to combine autonomous remote background task execution with an agent-first dev environment. A screenshot shows a new "Running" tab in Antigravity settings for background tasks across conversations, with advanced scheduled runs expected. Traces of a "Chief of Staff" agent were previously spotted. The author notes Jules v2 was planned just as AI super-apps emerged and Google had to counter with Codex.
