He runs his startup with 11 Claude agents — 31.4B tokens and ~$16.8k of API cost, prompt open sourced

A Redditor open sourced a one-shot prompt that spins up 11 Claude Code agents (CEO, CTO, finance, marketing, design, QA, security, compliance, support, partnerships, reviewer) to build a startup end to end: user-facing site, admin dashboard, branding, products, marketing content, GTM and compliance checks. A local dashboard renders them as a pixel-art office where each desk is a working agent. Built with Claude Code (Opus 5.5 + Fable 5.1); by mid-October it had burned 31.4B tokens ($16.8k at API prices), offset by stacking Claude Max plans. Prompt is free — drop it in an empty folder as CLAUDE.md.
