Google MedASR lands in open-source dictation tool via Core ML and CLI support

PR #701 adding Google MedASR Core ML dictation and CLI support has been merged into an open-source dictation project's main branch (27 files changed, shipping in v0.8.6). The contributor cautions that medASR underperformed in internal tests and that he's not well placed to evaluate medical ASR quality.
