Full AI Short Film Workflow: Character/Props/Location Sheets + Seedance Reference Mode
socialwithaayan · x · 2026-10-30
The author shares a complete, reproducible workflow for a comedy short blending ancient Egypt with 90s modern props:
Step 1 – Cast sheet: GPT Image 2.5 Sunburst generates one reference image locking all four characters (pharaoh, mummy, priest, veiled attendants) with front/side/back views and face close-ups for cross-scene consistency.
Step 2 – Props sheet: modern gag props (sand-covered supercar, BMX, camcorder, boxing arcade machine, vending machine, basketball) locked in a single 3x2 product sheet.
Step 3 – Locations sheet: all eight sets generated in one 4x2 grid board.
Steps 4–5: Seedance 2.5 reference mode, 1080p/10s, uploading all three sheets, with a shared mid-90s 35mm film transfer look (warm faded color, grain, vignette, 4:3) keeping both parts visually consistent.
