OpenAI doubles ChatGPT Pro usage limits and cancels the Pro 200 rate cut

OpenAI is doubling usage limits across all ChatGPT Pro tiers and Business Premium effective immediately, canceling the planned Pro 200 downgrade, with no price change:
- Pro 100, Pro 200, Pro 500 and Business Premium limits all double; Plus is not included.
- Using Plus as 1x: Pro 100 goes from 5x to 10x, Pro 500 from 25x to 50x; existing Pro 200 subscribers (pre-Sept 29) keep 20x instead of dropping to 10x, while new subscribers go from 10x to 20x.
- The math: per-dollar allowance stays the same across tiers — the 'doubling' mostly fixes previously tight limits.
- Also: the extended first-month allowance for the dot agent will 'temporarily' continue, still billed separately from the main plan.
