Grok Bot on Windows plagued by flashing messages, bot spam and voice issues

User IndraVahan reports multiple Grok Bot issues on Windows:
- Invisible/flashing messages persist even in v0.78.1 (screenshot shows Grok Bot "not responding");
- Bot-to-bot notifications keep flooding group chats despite being told to stop;
- Voice mode is hit or miss.
They conclude the iOS experience is far better than Windows — the first bug never occurs on the phone.
