Indie developer tinyfool has rebuilt his 2011 demo into Jiaojiao Jingling (Street Corner Sprites), now open for iPhone TestFlight beta.
The single-player exploration game mixes real-world walking with sprite collection and home management:
- Wander real streets to clear fog and discover region-specific sprites
- Capture companions via 3D turn-based battles and "resonance stones"
- Claim roadside plots to build homes, earn copper coins, and gain energy/resources by walking
This round focuses on GPS and map orientation, nearby radar and echo compass, random encounters and capture, party switching, walking rewards, and land-claim mechanics. No registration required; author welcomes early feedback.
