Phaino: open-source AI image/video studio wrapping ComfyUI workflows, with character swap

Developer released Phaino, an open-source entry for Comfy's Open Source Higgsfield challenge: a local app that sends every job to Comfy Cloud or your own ComfyUI, with every result produced by a real, openable and editable ComfyUI workflow.
Features:
- Image/video generation across FLUX, Qwen Image, Z-Image, HiDream, SDXL, SD 3.5, Chroma, Wan 2.1/2.2, LTX, HunyuanVideo, MiniMax H3 (plus paid Kling, Seedance, Nano Banana via your Comfy account).
- One-click camera moves: dolly-in, orbit, crash zoom, bullet time, FPV dive, drone pull-out.
- Character swap (KAWARIMI): replace a person in video keeping motion, camera and audio; defaults to open model SCAIL-2, switchable to Genjutsu, Seedance, or MiniMax H3.
- Video tools: upscale, frame interpolation, depth map, aspect change, object removal, relight, restyle, extend.
- Editor: timeline with cuts, transitions, music, titles; exports MP4 or DaVinci Resolve/Premiere projects.
- Library and posting: manage all outputs and share to social accounts in-app.
- AI agents: Claude Code can run the whole pipeline end to end.
Adding a model takes one line pointing to an official ComfyUI template; a script auto-parses the workflow. Requires Node 24 and ffmpeg. Code and a demo (no real generation) are available.
