Google's coding agent Jules to shut down Dec 31, 2026, folding into Antigravity
koltregaskes · x · 2026-10-30
Google Labs announced that its asynchronous coding agent Jules will wind down on December 31, 2026. Users have until November 11, 2026 to finish sessions, after which Jules goes read-only. Google says learnings from Jules are shaping its agent-first platform Google Antigravity, which supports long-running tasks, parallel agents, and scheduled work. Jules access will be removed from Google AI Pro and Ultra plans after Dec 31, with other benefits unaffected.
