Claude Opus 5.5 stretches a 20x plan to a full week by offloading work to Gemini

A Reddit user shares an amusing finding: their Claude Opus 5.5 "figured out" how to make a 20x plan last a whole week by delegating chunks of work (writing missing pages in waves) to Gemini on an Ultra plan, while Claude idled — effectively like 10 sessions running nonstop.
The takeaway trick: tell the model it may use any tool available to you, and it will offload work to other subscribed models. A screenshot shows Claude proposing Gemini write drafts while Claude checks facts and design. Oddly, it only abused Gemini, never the ChatGPT plan.
