OpenAI's open-source Codex CLI ships rust-v0.166.0: GPT-6.1 Terra added to bundled/Vertex AI/Bedrock model catalogs, keyboard-driven transcript selection, codex queue --resume for unloading threads, clearer safety-block explanations with safer follow-up prompts, and codex doctor --network-only diagnostics. Fixes preserve approval settings and reasoning-token accounting across resume/fork, plus TUI reconnection recovery; builds move to Node 24.22.1 and Rust 1.95.0.
