Fal's H3 Max still unreleased 2 months later as Pika's H3 Flex overtakes it on the leaderboard

Two months after Fal said it would release H3 Max, the weights remain unreleased — and Pika used the window to ship an H3 fine-tune, H3 Flex, scoring 1293 on the leaderboard, above the yet-to-ship MiniMax H3 Max (1286) and FLUX 3 Video (1277), trailing only Gemini Omni, HeyGen Video 1.0, Wan 3.0, P-Video-2-Pro and FLUX 3 Max.
Fal responded that the weights will be released and the model keeps improving.
