Pika launches open-weight video model H3 Flex with creative controls and lower cost

Pika co-founder Demi Guo announced Pika H3 Flex, an open-weight video generation model aimed at creatives, touting more creative controls, leading quality, and the cheapest cost yet.
Commenters welcomed the open-weight release but wished the team would also train realtime models optimized for low-VRAM consumer hardware, not just ones that run fast on supercomputers.
