Cybercab has introduced a new grab bar that makes wheelchair transfers easier, following a viral video last month by wheelchair user @Wheelchairpapii about his Cybercab experience. Scobleizer frames it as a case for having an AI bot like Grok listen to customer feedback and turn it into product changes.
