Neuron raises oversubscribed $10M seed to bring AI-native industrial automation
ycombinator · x · 2026-10-30
Five months after a late-night conversation about how frustrating industrial automation remains, Dennis Ren and co-founder Kenneth left everything to build Neuron. The startup announced an oversubscribed $10M seed round led by FundersClub and Obvious Ventures, with YC, Thin Line Capital, Zee Prime and Founder Factor participating. Its first product, the Cortex AIC, lets engineers automate machinery in hours instead of weeks, and is already deployed across energy, manufacturing, and chemical industries at a fraction of traditional cost.
