Pika's H3 Flex is now open to try. The post-trained H3 video model generates faster than real-time — up to 1.8x faster than H3Max and up to 80% cheaper, with a 15-second clip in as little as 7 seconds. It offers up to 4K output, 12 reference inputs, precision editing, exportable audio stems, and a draft-at-768p/finish-at-4K workflow.
