OpenAI doubles Codex and ChatGPT Work usage limits for all Pro tiers, cancels planned cuts

OpenAI is doubling (2x) usage limits for Codex and ChatGPT Work across all three Pro tiers: Pro $100, Pro $200, and Pro $500. It also cancelled the planned usage reduction for existing Pro $200 subscribers. The increased limits have no announced expiration date, so this isn't a temporary promotion. Given the massive demand for AI compute, it's a genuinely surprising and welcome move.
