Codex doubles usage limits across all Pro tiers and keeps Pro 200 unchanged

On Day 25, Codex lead Théo announced all usage limits are doubled effective today across Pro 100/200/500 tiers and Business Premium. After community pushback, Pro 200 limits will NOT be reduced — Work and Codex usage stay the same. Extended limits for dots continue, with dot usage still counted separately from default usage, plus ongoing model and efficiency improvements.
