Crux Labs Exits Stealth With $6M+ to Align Enterprise AI Agents

Crux Labs has emerged from stealth with over $6M raised, positioning itself as an evals platform that ensures enterprise AI agents behave as intended and stay aligned with human judgment.
Its pitch targets the gap in manual review: only 1% of production agent traces get human eyes, missing failures across the behavior distribution. The workflow has four steps: capture judgment from domain experts, calibrate a custom eval suite (no hand-written rubrics claimed), verify fixes on replayed traces and ship as PRs, and monitor 100% of production traces with flagged anomalies.
The company says it serves high-growth companies and Fortune 500s in healthcare, cybersecurity, and financial services, and is ISO and HIPAA compliant.
