Explosion ships Ellf project templates: reusable end-to-end NLP workflows your agent can import
_inesmontani · x · 2026-10-29
Explosion's Ines Montani announced Templates for Ellf: reusable end-to-end NLP workflows packaged as repos or directories, importable via coding agents like Claude Code, which adapt them to your data and ask follow-up questions.
Launch templates include migrating an LLM classifier to Jev, which answers with calibrated probabilities instead of text: compare the two on past records, have a human blind-annotate 1 hour of disagreements and random samples, add rules, set per-label thresholds, and export a production config with optional drift checks. A Jev-based helpdesk routing template is also included.
Templates are open-sourced at github.com/explosion/ellf-templates, with community contributions welcome. Users are warned to only use trusted templates and review them before letting an agent run code.
