Tencent open-sources Agent Memory: local SQLite agent memory cutting tokens 61%
Arindam_1729 · x · 2026-10-29
Tencent open-sourced TencentDB Agent Memory, a 100% local agent memory system on plain SQLite with zero external API dependencies. Integrated with OpenClaw it cuts token usage by up to 61.38%, improves pass rate by 51.52% (relative), and lifts PersonaMem accuracy from 48% to 76%. Instead of lossy vector compression it builds a readable semantic pyramid (Conversation → Atom → Scenario → Persona), encodes short-term state as Mermaid graphs, offloads tool logs to disk, and drills back to raw logs via nodeid. 5.1k stars, MIT licensed.
