Dreamina's $0.29 first-month promo for Seedance 2.5 sparks cost questions
Truth_bender39 · reddit · 2026-10-29
Dreamina is running a limited-time promo offering first-month access to ByteDance's Seedance 2.5 (from $0.01/sec) and Seedance 2.0 for just $0.29 — a 98% discount off the $15/month Basic plan, including 1,575 credits (19 ten-second videos). Higher tiers run $21.60 to $312/month. The poster wonders whether running Seedance is actually that cheap, or if the provider is subsidizing each subscription heavily, since Seedance's official channels charge far more.
