Snowflake CEO demands Databricks 'release all the numbers'; Ghodsi replies with a sales pitch

Snowflake CEO Sridhar Ramaswamy publicly pressed Databricks to "release all the numbers": what happens to the 80% YoY growth after removing passthru inference, AI natives, and one-time license-to-service transitions — plus questions on FCF, RPO, cRPO, margins and dilution. Databricks CEO Ali Ghodsi replied that the companies are complementary, pitching that Snowflake could route AI tokens through Unity Gateway (Smart Routing, Budgets, Access Control, Omnigent), claiming most customers cut token spend 30% in recent months while token count rose, and offering a quick POC.
