DeepMind is catching flak for announcing new work weeks before anyone can actually use it. @synthwavedd complains about the "announce-then-wait" pattern, arguing rival Fable 5.5 will ship sooner and be the better model — "you deserve that." @adonissingh quips he'll have to wait for "Gemini Xenon," hinting at the next Gemini codename.
