OpenAI and ServiceNow expand partnership across enterprise workflows

OpenAI and ServiceNow have expanded their partnership with a two-way integration: OpenAI models and agents will be brought into ServiceNow, while ServiceNow workflows will be accessible from within ChatGPT and Codex.
The deal lets enterprise customers invoke OpenAI models and agents directly inside ServiceNow's IT/business workflows, and lets developers trigger ServiceNow automation from the ChatGPT/Codex environment.
