Reddit user RobertSinclair reports that Cyber-Tiel-Coder-35B-A3B-MTP in UD-IQ3XXS quantization is the best small quantized model he has tested: reasoning holds up without the usual quantization degradation, slightly slower than Ling, and runs at 7-8 tok/s on CPU only (a GitHub-like 4-core config).
