Video2Game skill turns gameplay videos into playable Three.js games via coding agents
OdinLovis · x · 2026-10-29
Odin Lovis open-sources a "Video2Game" skill for Claude Code, Codex, Cursor and Gemini: a video model (H3 Max on fal) first generates a gameplay clip that designs the game's look, camera and one memorable mechanic; the agent then studies it frame by frame, generates every image, 3D model and sound on fal, and writes the game in Three.js.
The loop closes with the agent playtesting the game on keyboard and filming its best seconds as proof, with generated assets checked side by side against the video. Author notes Claude can't design very original little games on its own, so the video model "designs" and Claude "implements." 31 playable games are live at fal-video-to-game.vercel.app; MIT-licensed repo available.
