DNA motif search tool adds sequence search linked to tripartite graph and ESM2 embeddings
jmschreiber91 · x · 2026-10-29
Developer jmschreiber91 shows off a new search bar for a TF/motif visualization tool: query by TF symbol, alias, family, motif ID, cluster ID, or paste a DNA site (6-30bp with IUPAC codes) to get Tomtom-style motif matches, highlighted across both the tripartite graph and embedding panels.
The tool also integrates motif/protein embeddings and ESM2, letting users locate their protein or motif globally; all panels are connected, so lasso-selecting a region in ESM embedding space filters the tripartite graph to just the TFs and motifs there.
