Protocol Labs founder Juan Benet says he has been investing in neurotech since 2021 and is now backing a dedicated fund, PLC Neurotech, targeting founders in BCIs, NeuroAI, and connectomics. He argues neurotech already restores lost functions, can enhance human capabilities, and sits where AI stood around 2019.
