The Verge AI · rss · 2026-10-29
Meta may push the implementation of its new business terms past November 20th amid publisher backlash over concerns the terms would let Meta train AI models on news sites using Facebook and Instagram. Communications head Andy Stone said Meta does "not plan to make policy changes without a full consultation with industry groups." Meta had already removed "train" language after the terms originally took effect October 30th.
