Dev drives a physics engine with prompts: dozens of commits every half hour
doodlestein · x · 2026-10-28
Developer Dicklesworthstone shows his physics-modeling framework going "vertical": with the scaffolding in place, single prompts drive massive expansions—e.g., "expand the materials database with more elements, alloys, foams, plastics, carbon fiber, woods..." or "treat enthalpy realistically across all modules," swapping "enthalpy" for sublimation, friction, turbulence, magnetism, and so on. Screenshots show GitHub commits landing every few minutes, covering spatial wind fields, JKR contact loading, cohesive fracture, steady Stokes solves, friction heating, moisture response for 33 woods, NASA PEEK thermal models, and nonlinear state forecasting.
