Ahrefs CMO: AI raised the copywriting floor, but didn't turn average writers into great ones
5le · x · 2026-10-28
Ahrefs CMO Tim Soulo recalls interviewing a dozen copywriters a year ago — only one could name the books, frameworks, and courses they'd studied; the post drew 545 comments on LinkedIn. Even naturally talented writers, he argues, still study the craft — and those are the best of the bunch.
