SpaceXSI sales team builds shared Grok Bots for deals, saving hundreds of hours a month

Elon Musk retweeted a SpaceXSI sales team write-up on organizing work around shared Grok Bots. After individual reps built their own bots, the team consolidated the best ones into three Shared Bots mapped to real sales roles:
- Account Intel Bot: finds prospects, preps calls, keeps Salesforce up to date
- Quote Bot: generates pricing proposals and order forms via CPQ tools
- Deal Bot: reviews non-standard terms, drafts language, routes approvals, verifies signed contracts
The model works like an "agent factory": the people who know each job best build and maintain its bot, so the whole team works from the same up-to-date expertise and inherits improvements automatically. The team says Deal Bot alone saved hundreds of hours this month, with more bot teammates on the way.
