According to Korea's KED Global (not confirmed by Boston Dynamics), the company has asked Korean suppliers to prepare for a volume of 10,000 Atlas humanoid robots, with Hyundai Mobis handling actuators. The report signals Atlas is heading toward mass production — and that the humanoid race is no longer just China vs. US, as South Korea builds out its own robotics supply chain.
