AI BPO founder's real-world test: Terra 6.1 beats Sol 6.1 and Sonnet 5.5 for chat and voice

The founder of ChatRep, an AI-native BPO, shared a real-world model comparison for customer-service workloads. Chat: their old baseline of Sol 6.1 / Sonnet 5.5 is replaced by Terra 6.1 with low reasoning + balanced output — 100% accurate in tests, more concise and natural than Sol, at lower cost. Voice: latency is critical and Sol lacks a "none" reasoning option, so it came down to Luna 6 vs Haiku 5.5; Terra 6.1 with no reasoning scored 100% and significantly beat Luna 6, though Luna remains much cheaper. He notes benchmarks ignore reasoning-level and concise/balanced settings that matter greatly for CX, and the results apply to simple RAG-style interactions, not coding.
