Lenny Rachitsky rounded up 25 of the highest-paying open roles: Anthropic's Staff Research Engineer for Multi-Agent Scaling tops the list at $500K–$850K, followed by OpenAI's Search Integrity research roles ($380K–$850K) and METR's Member of Technical Staff ($402K–$688K). Also featured: Thinking Machines EM ($450K–$500K), HubSpot VP Infrastructure, Duolingo VP Growth, and Roblox GenAI leadership. He notes he capped Anthropic/OpenAI entries—otherwise they'd fill over half the list.
