OpenBMB releases open-source MiniCPM-OCR 1.0 with online demo

OpenBMB has released MiniCPM-OCR 1.0 on Hugging Face as an open-source OCR model, along with eval tooling, a GitHub repo and an online demo.
The model uses a multimodal chat template with image inputs, giving document/OCR work a new open-source option.
