NYC studio Little Plains hiring "Brand Engineer" at $75–125/hr to build agentic brand systems

Design studio Little Plains ("Designed in NYC. Built in Claude Code") is hiring two design-meets-code contract roles in New York or remote (EST preferred):
- Brand Engineer ($75–125/hr): a brand designer who codes, building custom interactive tools and Agentic Brand Systems that keep client brands consistent across human teams and AI tools after handoff.
- Design Technologist: a designer using agentic tools to go from idea to working experience fast, shipping sites, products and interactive work.
The underlying thesis is telling: 80% of every brand (positioning, voice, color, type, layout) gets packaged as an Agentic Brand System delivered via a web interface and an MCP server, so Claude, Cursor, Figma and Canva can generate on-brand landing pages, decks and campaigns in one pass; the remaining 20% "signature idea" is protected by custom browser tools (generative diagram builder, hero composer, shader generators). A notable "brand-as-MCP-service" play for the influencer/brand marketing industry.
