A YC-backed startup launched Sentient OS, an open-source on-device AI assistant that claims to "understand your entire life overnight":
- Sidekick mode: click the Mac notch to let the AI take over your current task with its own mouse cursor
- Double-tap right ⌘: drafts replies in your voice based on local emails, messages, calendar and screenshots
