RLCD: post-training that makes a model's 90% confidence actually mean 90% accuracy

Fastino's blog on decision-model calibration: 90% confidence doesn't mean 90% correctness when a model is uncalibrated. RLCD (Reinforcement Learning for Calibrated Decisions) is a post-training technique that rewards both correct decisions and accurately expressed uncertainty, using a Brier-score training loop validated on unseen data. The payoff: calibrated probabilities so teams know when to automate and when to escalate to humans.
