Rupa Health flailed for two years, then pivoted to lab-test ordering and growth exploded

From dunkhippo33's investing thread: Rupa Health started as a community for people with chronic health issues, which wasn't quite right. About two years in, the founder pivoted to an interface that made it far easier for practitioners to order lab tests, and growth broke out within weeks.
His lesson: his best investments weren't immediate winners—many flailed for years before pivoting. You can't invest hoping for a pivot, but luck plays a big role in hitting market pull.
