Sequoia, Citi Securities, and OpenAI announced "No Limit", a poker bot building tournament where teams of 1-2 get 60 minutes to build a pokerbot from scratch. Agents play thousands of games across six scored rounds, with a $100K grand prize. Regionals run in Boston, Pittsburgh, and the Bay Area in early November, open to '25/'26 students and recent grads. The post notes MIT's month-long 6.9630 poker AI class has been so accelerated by coding agents that building a competitive bot now takes an hour.
