X launches referral program that rewards Premium recruiters with unlimited usage resets

X introduced a subscription referral program that pays users in usage resets: share your referral link, the new subscriber gets a 14-day free Premium trial, and once they make their first payment (plus a 7-day hold), you earn one usage reset for the current period. Rewards are valid for 6 months, and there is currently no cap on referrals or rewards. The program initially covers eligible US subscribers on Premium, Super, and Ultra plans purchased via the web. For heavy Grok users hitting usage limits, this effectively turns recruiting new subscribers into a way to expand their quota.
