Claude Code's task management is inconsistent, dev complains: 'you have to tell the meta Claude'
rickasaurus · x · 2026-10-28
Developer rickasaurus complains that Claude Code is "sloppy" at task orchestration: sometimes it keeps a batch of tasks tidy in the workflow system, the next time it explodes 5 tasks onto your task list and spirals. His fix: you explicitly have to instruct the meta Claude how to manage tasks, or it goes out of control — a first-hand observation on the inconsistency of long-running agent workflows.
