Compound Engineering ships ce-sweep: turns Slack/GitHub feedback into an executable dev plan
kieranklaassen · x · 2026-10-27
Kieran Klaassen highlights ce-sweep, a new skill from Compound Engineering (screenshot shows it invoked as /compound-engineering:ce-sweep in Claude Code).
- What it does: sweeps configured feedback sources (Slack, GitHub Issues; email experimental) incrementally via cursors, acks items source-side, analyzes attached session recordings, and only closes an item after a verified merge to the default branch
- Output: a requirements-only rolling plan at docs/plans/feedback-sweep-plan.md, ready for /lfg handoff
- Positioning: sits outside the /ce-ideate → /ce-brainstorm → /ce-plan → /ce-work loop; first run is an interactive setup interview, later runs can be manual or scheduled with mode:non-interactive
- Best for alpha/beta channels where feedback volume outpaces ad-hoc triage
