Thermal imaging suggests IREN data halls 4 and 2 commissioning, 3-4 halls billing by year-end

Analyst Mackenzie ran Predator-style thermal imaging due diligence on IREN's data center: footage from 10/24 shows significant heat in data halls 4 and 2. All 8 segments of hall 4 show heat suggesting commissioning, and 6 of 8 segments in hall 2 appear to be commissioning—but neither is likely billing yet since fiber optics aren't tied in. Versus footage from 9/23, substantial progress has been made; 3-4 halls could be online and billing before year-end.
