A developer open-sourced Openjutsu (MIT), a free, fully local alternative to Higgsfield's Genjutsu character swap, built largely with Claude for ComfyUI's Open Source Higgsfield challenge. Upload a video plus a photo and it swaps the person in clip by clip while preserving original audio.
