Indie maker Marc Lou launched MailCheap, positioned as up to 83% cheaper than beehiiv, Mailchimp and Ghost, with pay-per-send pricing from $19/month. New features include HTML blocks in the editor, email/web publishing, custom domains, subscriber profiles and segmentation, automatic list cleaning, an AI spam check before sending, daily DNS checks, an Ultra plan at 5M emails/month, and a 30% recurring affiliate program with no 30-day warm-up. He notes this would have taken months to build before AI.
