19 of 25 papers lacked open-access full text — a hard limit for AI review tools
socialwithaayan · x · 2026-10-27
Part of the Noah AI thread, on a constraint that matters for any AI literature tool: 19 of the 25 papers had no open-access full text — without a library login, no tool can read past the abstract. The tool flagged this and offered options: upload your own PDFs for full reading, or use abstracts with clear labels. The author went with labelled abstracts.
