Founding ages of famous tech/AI companies: Dario Amodei was 38 when founding Anthropic, Reed Hastings 36 (Netflix), Reid Hoffman 35 (LinkedIn), Demis Hassabis 34 (DeepMind), and Sam Altman (OpenAI), Elon Musk (SpaceX), Jensen Huang (NVIDIA), and Jeff Bezos (Amazon) were all 30.
The takeaway: many era-defining tech companies weren't founded by 20-something founders.
